    • Level 2: If not satisfied with the resolution shared in level 1.

    • In the next box, share the reference number generated during Level 2.
    • After submitting details press the submit tab.
  • Alternatively, applicants can also submit the complaint form by postal postal for each level.
  • To do this, download the complaint form which is available in the respective level.
  • Generate its print out and fill out the required details in it.
  • Send this complaint form to the address shared in the complaint form.
